We need to differentiate Victory Blinds in what is an already extremely competitive industry with key competitors (Kresta, Blind Factory, Wynstan, and Into Blind) all selling similar products and all saying they deliver great service.
The depth of product, industry knowledge and skills within Victory Blinds made for an excellent platform for further growth. Few other brands have the heritage and history of Victory in the industry. We decided to drive SEM, remarketing and overall digital strategy to increase leads and generate higher conversion. As part of this, we also enabled call tracking, as roughly 30% of leads are in the form of phone calls, making this is an important metric to track and understand in greater detail. This gave us insights on consumers’ habits in terms of the highest converting terms and the way in which consumers convert on mobile.
